Unless otherwise identified, the original copyrightable content appearing on perspective8.studio, including original artwork, illustrations, graphics, photographs, advertising creative, written content, product graphics, website content, and other original works, is owned by KZZ8 Holdings, LLC, operated and marketed under the Perspective 8 brand, or is used by KZZ8 Holdings, LLC under license.

2. Perspective 8 Brand
“Perspective 8,” Perspective 8 logos, brand designs, trade dress, slogans, product identifiers, and other source-identifying material are trademarks, trade names, service marks, or other proprietary branding of KZZ8 Holdings, LLC to the extent protected under applicable law.
Nothing on this Site grants a license or permission to use Perspective 8 branding without prior written authorization.
3. Apparel and Artwork
KZZ8 Holdings, LLC claims copyright only to the extent provided by applicable law.
Original graphic artwork, illustrations, surface designs, photographs, written material, and other copyrightable expression used on or in connection with Perspective 8 products may be protected by copyright.
No claim is made that copyright law grants exclusive rights over unprotectable ideas, functional aspects of clothing, commonplace garment configurations, or other material excluded from copyright protection.
Separate trademark, trade-dress, patent, contractual, or other rights may apply where legally available.
4. Prohibited Uses
Except as expressly authorized by us or permitted by law, you may not:
- copy or reproduce our original artwork;
- reproduce our product graphics for commercial use;
- manufacture or sell unauthorized copies of products bearing our protected artwork or branding;
- distribute unauthorized reproductions of our photographs or advertising creative;
- remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- use our trademarks in a manner likely to cause confusion regarding source, sponsorship, affiliation, or approval;
- create counterfeit Perspective 8 products; or
- commercially exploit protected Site content without written permission.
5. Personal Use
You may view the Site and use its ordinary functionality for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes.
You may not use this limited permission to reproduce products, create competing merchandise, resell our artwork, or exploit protected content commercially.
6. Third-Party Intellectual Property
Certain content or technology appearing through the Site may belong to third parties and is subject to the rights and licenses of those third parties.
Perspective 8 respects the intellectual-property rights of others.
7. Reporting Copyright Concerns

Please provide enough information for us to identify:
- the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
- the allegedly infringing material;
- where the material appears;
- your contact information;
- the basis for your claim; and
- any additional information reasonably necessary to evaluate the notice.
If the circumstances are governed by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act or another applicable procedure, we may request the additional information required by law before acting on the notice.
8. Enforcement
KZZ8 Holdings, LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law concerning unauthorized copying, counterfeiting, trademark infringement, copyright infringement, false designation of origin, or other misuse of Perspective 8 intellectual property.
Depending on the circumstances, those remedies may include cease-and-desist demands, platform takedown requests, customs or marketplace enforcement, claims for injunctive relief, damages, profits, attorneys' fees where recoverable, and other remedies authorized by law.
9. No Implied License
No failure by KZZ8 Holdings, LLC to immediately enforce an intellectual-property right constitutes a waiver of that right.
No license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise except as expressly stated in writing.
